If you have special dietary requirements, such as if you are vegan, lactose intolerant, coeliac or allergic to nuts, our chefs can arrange for your needs to be met, however there is a surcharge of $75.  Please indicate on your paper or online booking form at the relevant section that you require a special diet. Then print out the special diet form using the link below and send it to us by mail or fax.
